2022 Cal Poly Pinot Noir

This Edna Valley AVA Pinot Noir presents highly saturated ruby-like hues in the glass. It's aromas are filled with notes of maraschino cherries, cinnamon and strawberry jam. After aged in 30% new barrels for 12 months, there are hints of cocoa and allspice. The mouthfeel is round, with a nice acidity framing intense red fruits notes on the mid-palate.
